Development blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend detailing various parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
